We are currently in a phase of transformation, it may seem like a never ending stream of one thing after another as all that is not supporting our path to happiness and fulfilment is being raked up and presented to us to surrender and release. This may be a painful or sad process as we realise that the some of the things, people and perceptions that we had founded our worlds on are no longer what they seem or have passed and we are left grieving, Be assured that this is only part of the process, allow it to flow, do not resist these changes nor wallow in any associated shock or pain, it will only drag this process out and make it harder to bear.
For now it is time to ride out the storm rather than reacting to it, as you become aware of the thoughts, feelings and situations that no longer serve simply acknowledge them, release them into the fire and allow yourself the grace to grieve for their passing. This is cosmic law redressing the balance, it is happening on the personal, social, cultural, global and climatic planes. We have been through the purifying fires and now the rain comes flooding in to wash and cleanse, ready for a new beginning, clearing the slate.
The Full Moon is stirring up strong emotions reminding us how to feel, deeply and authentically. We have a choice as to how we choose to handle this, we let ourselves succumb to the drowning or allow it to carry us through to a new way of being. It might be a hairy ride, but hang on in there the end is in sight.
Laugh deeply, cry freely, feel intensely, roar expressively, rage appropriately.
