That is what 1:1 mentoring with Louisa provides.
How it works
Mentoring is offered as a full day of guidance and teaching shaped entirely around you. Not a programme, not a curriculum, not a fixed structure borrowed from someone else’s path. Just you, Louisa, and a day of deep, focused work rooted in animistic and shamanic principles.
The work is woven around the sacred medicine wheel and elemental energies, brought through the ancestral lineages that Louisa works with. It will follow no preset religion or defined tradition, whilst holding the core practices of protection, cleansing, ritual and ceremony that form the foundation of safe and grounded spiritual work.
Gathering Your Medicine — Level 1
For those at the beginning of this path.
You will be introduced to the shamanic tool kit, the Medicine Pouch, Rattle, Power Belt and Staff, learning what each one does, how it supports you, and how to craft your own. You will learn to journey into the spirit realms and to connect with ancestors, spirit guides, totem energies, elemental forces and the spirit of place, building what Louisa calls your home team: the helpers, protectors and teachers from the other realms that will accompany you on this path.
This level brings you into alignment with your authentic self, building the trust in your own innate wisdom that makes everything else possible.”
Wearing Your Medicine — Level 2
For those who have been walking this path for some time, have gathered their medicine, but haven’t yet discovered how to fully integrate it into everyday life or where it wants to take them.
Whether you feel drawn to healing work with people or animals, to working with plant or stone energies, or to the ancient spirits of the land, Louisa will guide and support you in developing along your specific path. You will learn techniques for Soul Retrieval, Past Life and Timeline work, how to clear and cleanse, perform extractions, and equally importantly, when to hold back, keep respectful distance, and honour the boundaries that some spirits of place assert.
By the end of this level you are equipped and grounded enough to step out alone.

1:1 Mentor Days are £355 per day.
For those ready to commit to a deeper journey, the Apprenticeship offers a full year of guidance: eight mentor days across the year plus 25% off any workshops, circles, healing packages or single treatments for the duration.
Apprenticeship monthly: £215 per month
Apprenticeship in full: £2,495 per annum
