Join me each week for a self indulgent evening of relaxation and release. All you need do is lie comfortably and allow your mind, body and entire energy system to relax and let go. You will be held for 60 minutes in the vibrational frequencies of the Tibetan Gong Bowls, shamanic healing drums and didjeridoo, which will unlock and release, shift and gently realign, creating subtle but profound change. This is the alchemy of sound.

Held every Tuesday evenings, from 7pm – 8.30pm at a cost of £10 per person, you can bring cash or card on the day. Join me at my home in Somerset (TA2 8AF). Contact me to register and join the WhatsApp group, as space is limited.

Every first Wednesday of month, starting from May 6th 2026, I will be holding my Sound & Scent Bath at The Hive, 2 Moor Road, Middlezoy, TA7 0PQ. From 7.30pm -9pm.

Places are limited so it is best to book in advance, £20 pp. There are mats and blankets at the centre, but you are welcome to bring your own cosies if you prefer. I have set up a WhatsApp group for the Sound Bath, please contact me if you want to be added.

In conjunction with the sound bath in the evening, I will also be offering a drop in clinic during the day .

Every first Wednesday of the month, starting form May 6th 2026, I will be offering a drop in clinic at The Hive, 2 Moor Road, Middlezoy, TA7 0PQ. Open from 10am to 6pm, last treatment available at 5pm latest.

You can drop in and have a chat about the deep healing journeys I offer as an 8 week package, or indulge in restorative treatment. And of course you are most welcome to book in advance if you prefer.

Intuitive Healing Session £135

For energy alignment, renewal and rebalancing with Hands on Healing, Tibetan Gong Bowls, crystals and aroma. Sessions are between 60-90 minutes in duration.

Rocking & Wrapping £135

A ceremonial healing experience, during upon the ancient wisdom of our Grandmothers. Originally designed to rebalance and realign, the physical and emotional bodies of new mothers, helping them to transition into the next phase of their lives. However, as my teacher said, “this is good for anybody with a pelvis.”

AromaTouch £80

Using this magic of döTERRA essential oils, this technique is designed to aid your body systems to return to state of homeostasis, perfect balance. A combination of gentle touch, activation of the 5 major energy meridians, and the therapeutic power of essential oils, to relieve stress, release emotional energy and relieve pain. Ideal for sufferers of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia with this non intrusive gentle touch technique. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes in duration.

Indian Head Massage £60

The perfect technique for releasing neck, shoulder and head tension, especially for those who work at a computer, writing or carry a lot of stress and worry on their shoulders. If you suffer from stress headaches, congestion, neck and shoulder pain this is an ideal technique for you. Sessions are approximately 45 minutes in duration.

If your looking for some clarity and insight, into your life in general or something in particular, these readings give you an opportunity to understand the energies involved in your life or situation at the moment. With guidance on how to work with that for the best possible outcome.

Come and unwinded, rest and recuperate in the natural beauty of the Somerset levels landscape. A day of pampering treatments, sauna, mindfulness meditation, yoga and more.

A wholesome, homemade vegetarian lunch will be proved, with plenty of selections and variety for vegan and gluten intolerance needs. Please do let me know if you have any specific allergies or dietary requirements.

Arrive from 9.30am for a 10am start the day with a restorative yoga practise, using the breath and gentle postures, with Penny Phillips, who has been practising yoga for 20 years and teaching it for 12 years, in the Viniyoga tradition – meaning special application.

No previous experience will be necessary and  asana will be chosen to meet the individual’s needs. The sessions will  explore where we place support, give direction and create space. Penny will also be offering, meditation and breath work through the day, during down time.

The morning group session will be followed by 1:1 treatments, with Louisa Shorney and Jo Taylor, saunas, and for those in down time you are free to join Penny for some meditation and breath work or take some personal quiet rest time, with full access to the garden and woodland copse.

Jo is a reflexologist and holistic massage therapist drawing on over 20 years of experience in both private practice and the NHS. She works intuitively to balance and reconnect the physical and energetic bodies. This results in deep relaxation and space for healing to take place.

Jo will be offering 20min 1:1 Reflexology foot massage. This relaxing treatment begins with a grounding guided visualisation with a foot and lower leg massage. Reflexology techniques over the 5 meridians of the feet taking you deeper into relaxation and helping to regulate body systems. Finally the subtle energy system is brought into balance through the foot’s spinal reflex and chakra points.

Lunch will be served from 1pm, help your self. Teas, coffees and refreshments will be available through out the day.

After lunch, lie down, relax and digest to a group sound bath. Followed by a further round of 1:1 treatments, breath work, meditation and personal quiet time. Louisa will be offering her special brand of Sound and Scent Bath, using Nepalese Gong bowls, shamanic medicine drums, Koshi chimes and other instruments, blended with a Pure Essential Oil chosen specifically for the day.

Louisa will also be offering 20min Indian Head Massage 1:1 treatments throughout the day.

For the final hour we will all come together around the fire pit for a communal drum circle, before you head home feeling, rested, renewed and rejuvenated. Drums will be available but pllease feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

The all inclusive cost for the day is £200 pp. Places are limited so early booking is advised. A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking with the remainder due within 7 days of the commencement of the retreat.

Once again you have an opportunity to participate in this magical work

Dawn Oakley Smith, the Heartshore Horses and I will team up again in 2026 to offer you 2 weekends of creation through deep connection and ceremony.

18th -20th September 2026

Heartshore is a place where the learning and development of people and horses are intertwined, the horses revealing a different perspective on life as we know it. Each participant will have the unique opportunity to connect with a member of the herd and work together throughout the weekend, empowering the creation and birthing of their own sacred drum.

Bringing a sacred drum into being is deep and profound work. The spirit of your drum will have already begun working with you, drawing you to this website, asking you to let that journey begin. They are calling the skins to make the rawhide, calling to the wood that will make their hoop. Once you make the commitment they will begin to work with the herd, long before the workshop’s beginning arrives.

From the moment that Dawn and I agreed to make this offering, the spirits of your drums started to work with me. Directing me to the hides and the appropriate suppliers, whispering to me in their subtle voices, the choices they want for their coming into being birthing. This year we will be working with reindeer and buffalo, cradled in a birch hoop. Which one is calling you?

This year I am sourcing hides and hoops from Rachel Crow an ethical supplier and maker of sacred drums herself.

Whilst the workshop is non-residential, we will be providing catering. A buffet style lunch will be provided on the Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with an evening meal provided on the Fridays and Saturdays. Arrive from 10am on the Friday mornings, once gathered and settled we will aim to start 10.45-11am, and finish at around 4pm on Sunday. As we will be spending a lot of time outside with the horses please come with appropriate footwear and clothing.

The events take place at Heartshore, Crackstone Barns, Crackstone, Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire, GL6 9BD, where there are local B&B’s with in easy distance.

The full price for the weekends are £650 with a deposit of £250 to cover all materials. (non refundable after the early bird cut off dates)

Early Bird tickets, £575, are available until 31st July 2026 also secured by the £250 deposit. Cut off date for booking in time to secure hides is the 20th August 2026.

The remaining payments can be made in instalments that suit your affordability.
