The rune that came forward to work with you through this eclipse week is Wunjo, the rune of Joy. Now I could say that the gift for you this week is Joy, but perhaps not in a way that you would expect.
Wunjo was very clear that what it is bringing is the ‘practice’ of joy, asking that this is what you do this week. Practice cultivating Joy. Because the lesson that Wunjo brings, is that Joy is a state of being, a mindset, it ushers forth from an inexhaustible font of Joy deep in the heart of you. This font, this well, must be cultivated and fed, just like a lake is fed by the streams and springs around it.
Wunjo wanted me to make it quite clear that joy does not come from your environment, it can not be given to you by others or experience, it does not arise from owning the latest thing, it isn’t because of that relationship. Joy is the energy that you bring forth, from that inner font, in response to those things. So you can, in fact, bring it forth in response to everything and everyone, everywhere.

The gift that Wunjo brings you is this gauntlet, thrown down at your feet, bring forth Joy in response to all this week and all that Wunjo ask for in return is…….
