For the last 3 decades I have been offering my skills and techniques as an intuitive energy healer, clairvoyant, hypnotherapist, shamanic practitioner and ceremonialist. I started my training in earnest in the late 1980’s, learning basic skills in energy healing, psychic connection, Indian head massage.
Throughout the 1990’s I deepened and developed these skills by apprenticing with Bill Harrison under the World Federation of Healers and learning the art of Transmogrification with Pete Steedman.
At the turn of the Millennium I was offered the opportunity to learn the arts of shaman or medicine woman, via a colleague and friend, here I knew I had found my path. I went on to spend 10 years training and working with Christa Mackinnon in the shamanic arts, and Clinical Hypnotherapy (through the LCCH).
It is now my trusted Spirits and Ancestors that work with me, whom guide my path and bring me to the teachings and knowledge that I need. Under there instruction I have taken up Vajrayana Buddhist apprenticeship with the Nyingma lineage of Aro gTer, this is a Dzogchen and Tantric lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. I have also been guided to walk the Weavers path with Caroline Hillyer, diving deeply into the protoceltic wild soul weavers of our home land of the British Isles.
To this end I would now consider myself to be a Modern Medicine Woman, the old ways, the ancient ways, rewoven and resurrected for our modern journey, reconnecting us to our lost lineage.
For those of you seeking guidance and help along your paths I offer a compassionate hand. Breaking down the blocks and barriers that hinder happiness and wellbeing in the physical, emotional, psychological and energetic bodies. I utilise the alchemy of sound, breath, vibrational healing, hypnosis and the power of therapeutic essential oils. Reframing and untangling the threads of negative conditioning that keep you from walking with integrity and wholeness. Empowering you to let your light shine brightly.
I use a variety of techniques dependent upon what the body and soul ask for and the spirits guide me to do. This may involve soul retrieval, past life work, ancestral work, clearing trauma in the energy system, laying on of hands, drumming, gong bowling, singing, aromatherapy and massage.
